Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This is fixmellow's privacy information for customers and visitors in Australia. It supplements the Shopify-managed Privacy Policy, which describes platform processing in greater detail. Read both pages together. We do not claim that every privacy right or control described for another country in the platform policy applies to every Australian visitor.
Who to contact
fixmellow is the store name on this site. For a privacy question, request, or complaint, email support@fixmellow.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or use our Contact page. Our correspondence address is 925 NE 138th St, North Miami, FL 33161, United States; it is not a walk-in store or return address. Shopify powers the store and processes information to provide the storefront and checkout.
Information we collect and how
Depending on your interaction, this store and its service providers may receive your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order and payment confirmation details, items viewed or placed in a cart, purchase and return history, account details, support messages, and device, browser, IP address and usage information. You provide some details when you contact us, create an account, or order. Storefront technology collects some device and activity data automatically. Shopify, a checkout-selected payment provider, a delivery provider, and other providers involved in a transaction may supply related information. We do not ask you to email full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or one-time codes.
Why we use and share information
We use information to run the storefront and cart, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide support and returns, protect accounts and transactions, prevent fraud, keep necessary business records, and comply with applicable obligations. We share the information needed for those activities with Shopify and relevant checkout, delivery, support, and technical providers. We may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law. Marketing communications, if sent, can be stopped using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We do not claim any particular payment processor, carrier, advertising pixel, or analytics provider is active unless it is shown for the relevant transaction or verified on this store.
Cookies, maps, and choices
Cookies and similar technologies may support essential cart, checkout and security functions, remember preferences, measure site activity, or support advertising where enabled. Actual controls and providers depend on the active Shopify configuration; this notice alone is not consent to optional tracking. The homepage embeds Google Maps to show our correspondence address. Loading the map sends Google a request that may include your IP address and browser or device details. You can use another page or contact us directly if you do not wish to load the map.
The Shopify-managed Your Privacy Choices page keeps its native opt-out control for visitors to whom that control applies. Shopify may hide that form when the visitor is outside its eligible regions. Australian visitors can still email support@fixmellow.com to ask about their data, marketing preferences, or any available opt-out. We will review the request under the law and services that apply. Do not send sensitive identity documents with the initial email.
Overseas processing and disclosure
Shopify and other providers may store or process information outside Australia, and information needed for an order or support request may be disclosed to overseas recipients. Our correspondence address is in the United States; the locations of all platform and provider processing are not verified and may vary by service. We therefore do not name an unverified list of recipient countries. Contact us if you need more information about a particular transaction or provider. The Shopify-managed policy describes its international processing in greater detail.
Storage and security
Information is kept for as long as needed for the relevant account, order, support matter, legal or tax record, dispute, or security purpose, subject to applicable requirements. There is no verified single retention period for every category. We use the Shopify platform and relevant providers to operate this store and take reasonable steps to limit access and protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We will review a request to correct or remove information in light of obligations to retain records.
Access, correction, and privacy requests in Australia
Australian customers may ask to access personal information we hold about them or request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information. Email support@fixmellow.com and describe the information or order involved. We may ask for proportionate details to verify that we are dealing with the right person before disclosing or changing records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain if a request cannot be met in full. Other requests, including deletion or marketing choices, will be considered under the law and services that apply; we do not present another country's rights as automatic Australian rights.
Complaints and independent guidance
If you are concerned about how we handled your information, email support@fixmellow.com with “Privacy complaint” in the subject and explain what happened. We will review the matter, respond, and tell you what we can do to address it. Where the Australian Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles apply, you may seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). The OAIC says to complain to the organisation first; if it does not respond within 30 days or you are dissatisfied with its response, you may be able to lodge a complaint with the OAIC. This reference does not claim that fixmellow has a particular legal status or that every complaint falls within the OAIC's jurisdiction.
Children and changes
This store is not directed to children. A parent or guardian can contact us if they believe a child supplied personal information. We may update this page when our practices or the services change; the date above identifies the current version.
